1. التعريفات1. Definitions

"مسار" هي المنصة التي تتيح لأصحاب المتاجر مقارنة أسعار الشحن وحجزه. "التاجر" هو صاحب الحساب. "الرصيد" هو المبلغ المدفوع مقدّمًا في محفظة التاجر."Masar" is the platform that lets store owners compare and book shipping. The "Merchant" is the account holder. The "Balance" is the prepaid amount in the Merchant's wallet.

2. الحساب والمستندات2. Account and documents

يقدّم التاجر بيانات صحيحة ومستندات سارية. نراجعها ونملك رفض الطلب أو تعليق الحساب عند وجود نقص أو مخالفة.The Merchant provides correct details and valid documents. We review them and may refuse an application or suspend an account for missing information or breach.

3. الدفع المسبق والرصيد3. Prepaid wallet

الشحن بالدفع المسبق فقط. يدفع التاجر مبلغ الرصيد الذي يضيفه مضافًا إليه ضريبة القيمة المضافة، ويُضاف إلى المحفظة المبلغ دون الضريبة. لا يُسمح بأن يصبح الرصيد سالبًا.Shipping is prepaid only. The Merchant pays the top-up amount plus VAT, and the wallet receives the amount without VAT. The Balance can never go below zero.

4. الأسعار4. Prices

السعر المعروض عند الحجز نهائي للوزن المُدخل، ويُخصم من المحفظة. قد تتغير الأسعار بتغير رسوم شركة الشحن، ويسري التغيير على الحجوزات اللاحقة.The price shown when booking is final for the weight entered and is taken from the wallet. Prices may change when the courier changes its charges; a change applies to later bookings.

5. الوزن وفروقه5. Weight and differences

يُحتسب الوزن القابل للفوترة (الأكبر بين الفعلي ووزن الحجم). عند قياس الشركة وزنًا مختلفًا بعد الاستلام يُخصم الفرق من المحفظة أو يُردّ إليها تلقائيًا.The billable weight (the larger of the real and size weight) applies. If the courier measures a different weight after pickup, the difference is taken from or returned to the wallet automatically.

6. الإلغاء والاسترداد6. Cancellation and refunds

يُردّ سعر الشحنة كاملًا إلى المحفظة عند الإلغاء قبل استلام الشركة، وعند رفض الشركة للحجز. لا يُصرف الرصيد نقدًا إلا وفق ما يقرره النظام والقانون.The full price returns to the wallet on cancellation before pickup and when the courier rejects a booking. The Balance is not paid out in cash except as the law and our policy require.

7. مسؤولية شركة الشحن7. Courier liability

تتولى شركة الشحن نقل الشحنة وفق شروطها. التعويض عن الفقد أو التلف محدود وفق شروط الشركة، وقد تتوفر تغطية إضافية بطلب مسبق.The courier carries the parcel under its own terms. Compensation for loss or damage is limited under the courier's terms, and extra cover may be available on request before handover.

8. الممنوعات8. Prohibited items

يلتزم التاجر بعدم شحن المواد الممنوعة نظامًا أو وفق شروط شركة الشحن، ويتحمل مسؤولية ما يصرّح به عن محتوى الشحنة.The Merchant must not ship items prohibited by law or by the courier's terms and is responsible for the contents declared.

9. الدفع عند الاستلام9. Cash on delivery

خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام غير متاحة حاليًا، وتُضاف لاحقًا بشروط مستقلة.Cash on delivery is not available at the moment and will be added later under separate terms.

10. النظام الواجب التطبيق10. Governing law

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص بنظر النزاعات الجهات المختصة فيها.These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and disputes go to its competent authorities.
