In your account (Help page, My data and privacy) you can download your data at once or ask to close the account, and we answer within 30 days. We keep financial records and invoices for as long as the law requires.

7. الاحتفاظ والأمان7. Retention and security

نحتفظ بالبيانات المدة اللازمة للنظام والفواتير، ونحميها بصلاحيات محددة وتشفير الاتصال. نبلّغ الجهات والمتضررين عند حدوث اختراق وفق المدة النظامية.We keep data as long as the law and invoicing require and protect it with limited access and encrypted connections. We notify the authority and affected people of a breach within the legal time.
