اطبع بوليصة الشركة مباشرة، وتابع الحالة. يمكنك الإلغاء قبل الاستلام واسترداد المبلغ كاملًا.Print the courier waybill right away and follow the status. Cancel before pickup for a full refund.

بعد الاستلام تُسجَّل وزن الشركة، ويُخصم الفرق أو يُردّ تلقائيًا مع بيان واضح.After pickup the courier weight is recorded and the difference is charged or refunded automatically, with a clear statement.
كيف نحسب الوزنHow weight is counted
نسعّر على الوزن القابل للفوترة: الأكبر بين الوزن الفعلي ووزن الحجم. وزن الحجم = الطول × العرض × الارتفاع (سم) ÷ 4000.We price on the billable weight: the larger of the real weight and the size weight. Size weight = length × width × height (cm) ÷ 4000.
الحد الأقصى للصندوق الواحد 30 كجم، وأبعاده 110 × 85 × 85 سم.The limit for one box is 30 kg and 110 × 85 × 85 cm.
بعد استلام الشحنة تقيس الشركة وزنها الفعلي. إن اختلف عن المسجّل نخصم الفرق أو نرده إلى محفظتك تلقائيًا.After pickup the courier measures the parcel. If it differs from what you entered, we charge or refund the difference to your wallet automatically.
