Starting with Masar is simple, and it is all online. Here are the steps from your first visit to your first shipment.
Step 1: Create your account
Sign up with your email and enter your company details: legal name, national address, commercial registration, mobile number, and the VAT number if you have one.
Step 2: Upload your documents
Upload the required documents once. Our team reviews them and activates your account.
Step 3: Top up your wallet
Choose an amount and pay by card or bank transfer. The amount is added to your wallet and is ready to use.
Step 4: Save your address and box sizes
Add your default pickup address and your usual box sizes, so everything fills in automatically on future shipments.
Step 5: Compare prices and create the shipment
Choose the pickup city, the delivery city and the box. Carrier prices appear from the cheapest. Pick the right offer and complete the receiver details.
